Cerrado is located in the southwest of Minas Gerais state of Brazil. The land is pretty flat which allows farmers to mechanically harvest the coffee cherries after they have dried on the trees.
Recommended Brew: Coffee pot batch brewer or espresso brew.

Altitude: 1200 MASL
Process: Natural – Because of the always sunny climate in Cerrado, producers leave the coffee cherries to dry on the tree instead of picking the cherries and leaving them on raised beds to dry.
