My favorite scale to use for pour overs in the Greater Goods coffee scale. It is also very cost effective.
The best pour over option is the Hario V60 + filters. It is a completely manual pour, but if you are wanting something where you can pour and steep, I’d go with the Hario Switch. The Hario Switch allows you to use the traditional pour over as well as a steep option. You can experiment with different options with it as well.
Any kettle will do, but the Mecity Gooseneck kettle allows for precise temperature settings and precise pours! I use it everyday for my pour overs.
