Description

Taste Notes: Sweet fruity tones of berries, rainier cherry, grape sangria, cherry cordials, tootsie roll, cherry tootsie pop, plum, molasses, and undertones of cinnamon. This coffee is incredibly smooth & very sweet with less perceived acidity than expected. The deep fruit flavors hit you first followed by chocolate and spice undertones.

Recommended Brew: Filter or Espresso – V60 pourover is my go to!

Roast Level: Light, Medium, or Dark – Light roasted will be most floral and fruity with medium and dark bringing in more chocolatey & spice notes.
